Project Overview

This is a customized quartz countertop project for a whole house in the United States. It uses 20mm thick Taigu White quartz slabs. Custom pieces include shaped countertops with rectangular cutouts, multi-specification strips, L-shaped corner pieces, and matching shaped filler panels. The project is designed to precisely match the spatial renovation of an upscale American home. The finished products are shipped to a US-based B2B residential renovation contractor.

Pattern and Space Suitability

The project features a hot stamping process that replicates the natural Taigu White marble pattern. It has a milky white base with light grey veining that flows naturally like drifting clouds. The lines are dynamic and clearly layered, creating a visually transparent and premium texture. The pattern tone perfectly matches the client’s modern American luxe style. It seamlessly integrates into various spaces like kitchen islands, bathroom vanities, sideboards, and accent walls. It elevates the overall spatial quality of the home with its high-end marble-like aesthetic.

Precision Shaped Cutting

To meet the project’s customized requirements for trapezoid-shaped countertops, L-shaped corner pieces, and multi-specification strips, CNC equipment is used for precise cutting. The fit tolerance for all shaped-piece corners is ≤0.5mm. This perfectly adapts to the integrated installation needs of American kitchen and bathroom cabinets, achieving seamless spatial transitions.

Custom Cutout Processing

Based on the client’s provided specifications for inset appliances/hardware, precise rectangular cutouts are made. Cutout dimensional error is controlled within ±0.5mm. This ensures a seamless fit for the appliances/hardware. The edges of the cutouts receive fine finishing, with no chips or burrs. It accommodates the standardized installation requirements for American kitchen/bath hardware and built-in appliances.

Shaped Slab Processing

Additional custom pieces are manufactured, including multi-specification trim strips, L-shaped corner filler panels, and shaped end pieces. These adapt to special positions like kitchen corners, bathroom cabinets, and accent wall junctions. They enable seamless connections for all countertops and wall panels throughout the house, creating a unified renovation effect.

Full Process Quality Inspection

Drawing and Dimension Verification

The project CAD drawings are checked against the products. Key parameters are verified, including the overall dimensions of the trapezoid-shaped countertop, the size and center distance of rectangular cutouts, the angle of L-shaped corners (90°), and the specifications of trim strips. This ensures compatibility with standard American kitchen/bath cabinet dimensions.

Core Dimension Re-measurement

Each piece is measured individually with a tape measure: the total length of the shaped countertop is 1800mm, width 600mm; the trim strip specification is 1200mm x 100mm x 20mm.

Surface and Pattern Inspection

A key check is performed on the consistency of the Taigu White pattern, ensuring natural pattern flow between all countertops and trim strips in the house. The surface is also inspected for scratches, stains, and the polished edges for chips. This maintains the high-end visual effect.

Special Inspection for Cutouts and Edges

A dedicated inspection is performed on the rectangular cutouts, focusing on edge smoothness and the absence of burrs. This ensures compatibility with American appliance/hardware installation standards. The edges of shaped corners and trim strips are also checked for even polishing and no chipped corners, complying with residential safety standards.

Pre-shipment Packaging and Protection Verification

A professional packaging solution combining waterproof bubble film and reinforced wooden pallets is used. Shaped pieces and strips are individually reinforced and protected. Product specification and order number labels are affixed. The packaging meets international ocean shipping standards for moisture and impact protection, ensuring the US client receives the goods intact.
