Design Pattern and Suitability for the Space

The project uses pure white quartz with a fine shimmer, produced locally in Thailand. The slab has a clean, off-white base. Tiny, sparkling particles are evenly distributed across the surface. Standardized Mass Customization Processing

This project involves manufacturing over 100 countertops for a hotel chain. It relies on CNC automated production lines. The process ensures precise cutting and shaping for countertops of a uniform size (1200mm x 550mm x 20mm). Hundreds of units per batch have identical dimensions, cutout positions, and edge finishes. Machining tolerances are strictly kept within ±0.5mm. This ensures highly consistent installation results across all hotel bathrooms. Custom Cutouts and Pre-drilled Fixture Holes

Sink cutouts are made precisely according to the provided American under-mount sink model specifications. There are two cutout types: a square cutout (450mm x 350mm) and a round-corner cutout (480mm x 380mm). Cutout size tolerance is ≤ ±0.5mm. This ensures a seamless, watertight fit between the sink and the countertop. Three Φ35mm holes are pre-drilled for standard US bathroom fixtures (faucet, soap dispenser, drain). The hole center distances are accurately aligned. Edges are smooth without burrs. This allows for easy, standard installation of all fixtures, achieving perfect integration between the countertop and the hardware.

Precise Edge and Chamfer Finishing

All bathroom countertop edges feature an R10 rounded corner finish. They undergo an 8-step fine polishing process. This completely removes sharp edges. Full Process Quality Inspection

Drawing and Cutout Parameter Verification

The project CAD drawings are checked against the actual products. This ensures 100% of the countertops meet the standard installation requirements for hotel bathroom vanities and sinks.

Core Dimension Re-measurement
