Project Brief:

This project involves custom quartz countertops for a high-end residential kitchen and bathroom. It uses 20mm printed quartz slabs in a white base with gray veining (medium pattern).

The scope includes L-shaped kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity tops, and custom irregular pieces. We completed the full process, from fabrication to detailed quality inspection and pre-shipment verification.

The final products match the design standards of high-end American residential interiors and were delivered to a U.S. B-end client (residential contractor).

Project Details

Pattern & Style Matching

The printed surface replicates natural marble with soft gray veining. The pattern is fine and evenly distributed, creating a natural and premium look.

The color tone works well with two major U.S. interior styles: modern minimalist and American light luxury.

It integrates smoothly into kitchen islands, cabinets, and bathroom vanities, enhancing the overall space.

Precision Cutting for Custom Shapes

CNC machines were used for accurate cutting.

For L-shaped kitchen corners and bathroom edges (square or rounded), the joint tolerance is controlled within ≤0.5mm.

This ensures a tight fit for integrated installation with American-style cabinets and islands.

Refined Edge Finishing

Kitchen countertop edges are polished with a 45° chamfer for better comfort and appearance.

Bathroom vanity edges are rounded to reduce impact risk and meet residential safety standards.

Custom Cutouts

Sink cutouts are made based on customer specifications (single and double bowl sinks).

Tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm to ensure a seamless fit.

Additional holes for faucets and soap dispensers are pre-cut to match standard U.S. kitchen and bathroom hardware.

Irregular Piece Fabrication

Custom pieces such as side decorative strips and corner fillers are included.

This ensures a seamless connection across the entire space.

Full Quality Control Process

1. Drawing & Dimension Verification

CAD drawings are strictly reviewed. Key parameters include:

Kitchen L-shape corner angle (90°)

Bathroom countertop length (1200mm)

Sink cutout center distance (450mm)
All dimensions are aligned with standard U.S. cabinet and vanity specifications.

2. Final Dimension Check

Each piece is measured manually:

Kitchen countertop: 2400mm × 600mm

Bathroom countertop: 1200mm × 500mm
All tolerances are controlled within ±1mm, meeting U.S. residential standards.

3. Surface & Pattern Inspection

We check pattern consistency between kitchen and bathroom surfaces.

The veining must flow naturally across all pieces.

Surfaces must be free of scratches, stains, or defects.

Polished edges must be smooth with no chipping.

4. Cutout & Edge Inspection

Sink cutouts are inspected for smooth edges and burr-free finishing.

L-shaped edges are polished evenly with no defects.

All details meet U.S. installation and safety standards.

5. Packaging & Protection

Products are packed with waterproof bubble wrap and reinforced cartons.

Irregular pieces receive extra protection.

Each package includes labels with product specs and order numbers.

Packaging meets international shipping standards for moisture and impact protection, ensuring safe delivery to the U.S.
