3-Step Quality Inspection Process
- Step 1: Initial Check After Pressing
After the raw materials are formed under vacuum and high pressure, we immediately inspect the slab’s veins to ensure it meets design standards with no obvious flaws.
- Step 2: Shape Inspection After Curing
Once the slab is baked and shaped—before cooling—we conduct a full check for cracks or deformation, ensuring slabs integrity.
- Step 3: Comprehensive Inspection after Surface Treatment
First, check the length, width and thickness of the large board, and eliminate any size errors; then, verify the accuracy of the hole positions; finally, confirm that the color on both the front and back sides of the board is uniform and there is no color difference.
